Manufacturing process

A slight maturation can be appreciated in this cheese. It is kept in chambers for 30 days, approximately.

One can notice the distinctive touch and delicate flavour of our range of oreados. This is the most demanded product by our consumers.

Characteristics

It’s suitable for lovers of good goat cheese who are looking for freshness and a pleasant “caprillic” touch to the palate.
