La Casita aged cheese
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
This cheese undergoes a maturation process of about 30 days that gives it a delicate goat cheese flavour while maintaining a buttery and firm texture.
The rind is brown and its format refers to its name in Spanish (La Casita literally means “the little house”). One can obtain thin and uniform cheese slices with this characteristic shape.

It is suitable for palates that seek a touch of maturation. It’s appropriate for any time of the day.
