Manufacturing process
This cheese undergoes a maturation process of about 20 days, which gives it a delicate goat cheese flavour while maintaining a buttery and firm texture.
The rind is white/beige, and its format refers to its name (casita means “little house” in Spanish). One can obtain thin and uniform cheese slices with its distinctive shape.

It’s suitable for palates looking for a touch of softness and freshness. It’s appropriate for any time of the day.
