Rosemary semi-hard cheese
Manufacturing process
This cheese is covered with a layer of natural rosemary leaf. It is vacuum- packed so that the rosemary remains attached constantly. This gives the cheese a special aromatic touch.
Its maturation process in the chamber takes 70 days approximately, which gives this cheese made with 100% goat’s milk a distinctive flavour within our range of products.
